Wednesday Weigh In - Dr Mom

Bad day yesterday, involving a bagel, Starbucks and some potato chips.

Today's weigh in - 158 lbs, which is two pounds heavier than last Wednesday.

  1. Never mind! At least it's not more than you started with. And sometimes crisps just have to be eaten (in about half an hour, for example).
